Louisiana - Unclaimed Property

Below you will find information on how to claim your funds from the Louisiana unclaimed money program. These funds are being held by Louisiana. To claim them you will have to follow the below instructions and contact Louisiana directly.

Claim instructions:
If your name is in the database you must contact the Louisiana Unclaimed Property Division so you can receive a claim form. In order to file the claim be prepared to provide: the name of the person making the claim, mailing address, telephone number, social security number, the owner name as seen on the property list (if different from the person claiming)and mail it to The Louisiana Unclaimed Property Division.
